HOUR SESSION BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR MENTAL WELLNESS COACH DURING WHICH YOU BOTH PARTNER TO IDENTIFY YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS, DEVELOP A ROAD MAP TO MANIFEST AND TO OPTIMIZE YOUR GOALS.

3. Workshop : Wisdom Circle

A sacred gathering women across generations, coming together for mindful, heartfelt conversation.

This circle is a space to listen, share, and reflect — where stories, insights, and lived wisdom are honored and exchanged with compassion and care.

Together, we create a gentle rhythm of connection, healing, and collective growth. CONVERSATIONS AMONGST WOMEN. (Group size: 10 to 20)

4. Workshop : Tugbe Fia : Coming Of Age

Rooted in the rich cultural traditions of the Ewe people, Tugbe Fia is a sacred coming-of-age ceremony designed to honor and uplift a young girl as she transitions into womanhood.

This thoughtfully curated experience celebrates the significance of her first menstrual cycle — marking not just a biological milestone, but a spiritual and communal one. Surrounded by family and loved ones, she is honored, guided, and affirmed.

During the ceremony, she is offered:
